Australian Landscaping Trends

Among the most significant trends in Australian landscaping over the past 10 – 15 years has been a greater
acceptance of the role of Landscape Designers themselves.
Popular media – print, radio and in particular television, have embraced the concept of professional design
input for residential gardens to the point where commissioning a Landscape Designer is no longer the
preserve of the wealthy and priviledged among us. The reasoning being that quality design input will
enhance visual appeal, functionality and the all important resale aspect of one’s property.
